I can’t stop baking sandwich bread! No kneading, no eggs, no butter!

 

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon dry yeast
250 ml lukewarm water (1 cup)
450 g flour (about 3 ½ cups)
1 teaspoon salt (3 g)

Directions:

1. Activate the yeast:
Combine the lukewarm water, sugar, and dry yeast in a large bowl.
Stir gently and let stand for about 5-10 minutes until the mixture is foamy.
2. Knead the dough:
Add the flour and salt to the yeast mixture.
Mix with a wooden spoon or spatula until all the ingredients are combined into a sticky dough.
No kneading is necessary! Just make sure everything is well mixed.
